Lomvi eller ringvi (Uria aalge) er en pelagisk dykkende sjøfugl og den største av alkene (Alcini), en monofyletisk gruppe som tilhører familien alkefugler (Alcidae). Arten finnes i tempererte og lavarktiske kyststrøk i nordområdene i Atlanterhavet og Stillehavet.
